#WishItWinIt Contest Terms

The #WishItWinIt Contest ("Contest") is a monthly promotional campaign operated by openTEAM LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") through the lmk.today platform. Each month, one participant wins up to $100 worth of products from their own public wishlist.

Contest Period: Each contest runs from 12:01 AM EST on the first day of the month through 11:59 PM EST on the last day of the month.

Prize: Up to $100 USD worth of products selected from the winner's eligible wishlist. At least 1 product must be under the prize limit of $100 including tax and shipping. Winner may win multiple items, but the total shipped value of all the items must be under $100.

2.1 Participant Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
• Must be a legal resident of the United States
• Must have a valid lmk.today account with verified email address
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of openTEAM LLC are not eligible
• Previous #WishItWinIt winners are eligible to win again after 6 months

2.2 Wishlist Requirements

• Wishlist must be set to "public" visibility
• Must contain a minimum of 4 eligible products
• Must be created during the contest month to be eligible
• At least 1 product must be under the prize limit of $100 including tax and shipping

2.3 Eligibile Products

• Products must be legal to purchase and ship to winner's location
• No alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or age-restricted items
• Products must be available for purchase at time of winner selection
• Gift cards or other non-physical items are not eligible (a wishlist of only gift cards or other non-physical items is not eligible, but a wishlist of gift cards and other physical items is eligible however only the physical items will be awarded)

3.1 Entry Process

1. Create a free lmk.today account with valid email address
2. Build a public wishlist with at least 4 eligible products
3. Share your wishlist anywhere using the hashtag #WishItWinIt
4. Encourage others to "Yay" (upvote) your wishlist

3.2 No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entry is free and requires only account registration and wishlist creation.

3.3 Multiple Entries

Participants may create multiple eligible wishlists during the contest period. Each qualifying public wishlist constitutes a separate entry.

4.1 Weighted Voting

• Logged-in User Votes: Full weight (1.0x)
• Guest/Anonymous Votes: Partial weight (0.1x)
• Final score = (Logged-in votes × 1.0) + (Guest votes × 0.1)

4.2 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to disqualify entries showing evidence of vote manipulation, bot usage, or other fraudulent activity. All votes are monitored for authenticity.

5.1 Selection Criteria

The winner is determined by the highest weighted score among all eligible entries, subject to manual fraud screening and eligibility verification.

5.2 Notification Process

1. Winner will be contacted via registered email within 3 business days of month end
2. Winner has 48 hours to respond and claim their prize
3. If no response, we proceed to the 2nd place finisher
4. Process continues through top 5 finishers
5. If all top 5 decline/don't respond, $100 is donated to a charity of our choice (posted to our X account)

5.3 Prize Fulfillment

Upon claiming, winner will work with our team to select up to $100 worth of products from their winning wishlist. Products will be purchased and shipped directly to winner's verified address in the USA.

6.1 Affidavit and Tax Responsibility

• Winner must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility within 10 days
• Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes
• Prize value will be reported to tax authorities as required by law
• 1099 tax form will be issued for combined winnings of $600 or more in a calendar year

6.2 Shipping and Fulfillment

• Prizes will only be shipped to verified US addresses
• No cash alternatives or prize substitutions allowed
• Company reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value

Entries may be disqualified for:

• Violation of any contest rules or platform terms of service
• Evidence of fraudulent voting or vote manipulation
• Inclusion of prohibited products in wishlist
• False or misleading information in entry
• Harassment of other participants or platform users
• Failure to respond to winner notification within specified timeframe

By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Contest data may be used for:

• Contest administration and winner selection
• Fraud prevention and eligibility verification
• Prize fulfillment and tax reporting
• Marketing and promotional purposes (with consent)

9.1 Limitation of Liability

Company is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, voting system errors, or any other issues beyond our reasonable control that may affect contest fairness or prize delivery.

9.2 Prize Disclaimer

Prizes are awarded "as is" without warranties. Company is not responsible for product defects, shipping delays, or issues with third-party merchants.

Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time due to fraud, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond our control. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email and platform announcements.

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

12.1 How to Opt-Out

To remove your wishlist from contest consideration, set it to private or email us at contest@lmk.today with your request.
